Release Notes for 2021-01-22: This patch focuses on three main areas: Combat and Powers, Items and Economy, and User Interface.
What changed
Fixed: Reduced item level of critters in leveling content to improve player experience and make progression smoother.
Fixed: Reward Claims Agent now properly allows claiming the Legendary Insignia Premium Choice Pack for players who had previously claimed in an earlier promotion.
Fixed: Guild creation, guild and alliance chat, and queue group chat now work consistently, resolving intermittent issues.

Game Balance
A wide variety of leveling content has been adjusted to improve player experience by reducing the item level of the critters.
Items and Economy
Reward Claims Agent
Players who had claimed a Legendary Insignia Premium Choice Pack in a previous promotion can now properly claim one this time.
User Interface
Guilds and Alliances
Players should once again consistently be able to create guilds if they meet the requirements.
Players should once again consistently be able to speak in Guild and Alliance chat if they are in a guild and/or alliance, respectively.
Players should once again consistently be able to speak in Queue Group chat, and any other channels that had previously only been working intermittently.
