Submit a source
Know a source we should add?
APN is only as good as the sources behind it. If you run an official channel, work in the community archiving primary info, or just know a channel that should be on the list, send it over.
Send it
Email contact@allpatchnotes.comwith subject "New source". Include:
- Game (or games) the source covers
- The canonical URL
- RSS or sitemap URL if one exists
- What kind of source it is (developer, publisher, press, creator, community archive)
- One line on why it belongs on APN
One link of an example post helps if the source is a creator. There is no submission form yet, just email.
Likely yes
- Developer and publisher channels (blogs, news pages, support sites, verified studio social accounts).
- Patch-note pages with stable URLs (one slug per version is ideal).
- Press with a real masthead and first-party reporting.
- Creators who do their own reporting: dataminers with a track record, analysts with publisher access, community archivists.
Likely no
- Aggregators that repost patch notes without attribution.
- Fan blogs with no clear masthead or primary reporting.
- Channels with active TOS violations on the source platform.
- Sources that block archiving (no stable URL, no RSS, JS-only with no fallback).
- Anything that requires bypassing paywalls or DRM.
