1#Acceptance

By using APN, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2#What APN provides

APN organizes public game update information: patch notes, news, events, guides, videos, source links, game hubs, source hubs, search, saved posts, and follows.

APN is independent. It is not owned by, endorsed by, or officially connected to the publishers, developers, platforms, or creators whose content it links to unless a page states otherwise.

3#Original sources stay authoritative

APN indexes, links, quotes, summarizes, and organizes source material. Publishers keep their rights. The original source page controls the official wording, release timing, pricing, account rules, event rules, and gameplay details.

If you are making a purchase, account, competitive, or gameplay decision, check the original source linked from the APN entry.

4#Summaries and editorial accuracy

APN may use automation and human review to summarize long source posts. A summary can miss context, lag a source update, or compress a detail too far. APN fixes errors when found, but it does not guarantee complete or real-time coverage.

5#Accounts

You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share your credentials. Tell APN if you think someone else has access.

6#Acceptable use

• Do not attack, overload, scrape at abusive scale, or bypass authentication, rate limits, RLS, HMAC checks, or other security controls.
• Do not use APN to impersonate a publisher, source, user, or APN itself.
• Do not submit false corrections, bad-faith source reports, abusive messages, or security reports without a real vulnerability.
• Do not use APN content or APIs in a way that violates publisher rights, platform rules, or applicable law.

7#What you send to APN

Source suggestions, corrections, feedback, and reports stay yours. You give APN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, store, reproduce, and act on what you sent for the purpose you sent it.

APN does not provide a public comment system today. Messages you send are reviewed by APN and are not posted publicly unless APN asks and you agree.

8#Intellectual property

The All Patch Notes name, APN mark, site design, code, and editorial structure belong to All Patch Notes or its licensors. Publisher content belongs to the publisher or rights holder. APN links and summarizes with attribution and source links.

9#Copyright and takedown requests

If you believe APN content infringes your copyright, email legal@allpatchnotes.com with subject "DMCA notice". Include the copyrighted work, the APN URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, a statement that the notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

APN responds to valid notices under the U.S. DMCA process and equivalent national procedures. APN may remove, disable, annotate, or correct content while a notice is reviewed.

10#Third party links and embeds

APN links to publishers, platforms, YouTube, press sites, and community sources. APN does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, policies, outages, or account rules.

11#Paid, API, and ad products

APN does not offer paid accounts, ads, or a public commercial API today. If those features launch, APN will provide the relevant commercial terms before purchase or use.

12#Changes and termination

APN can change, suspend, or retire features. You can stop using APN at any time. APN can suspend or close access for terms violations, security risk, abuse, or legal requirements.

13#Disclaimers

APN is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, APN disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, completeness, and uninterrupted availability.

14#Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, APN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages from your use of the service. APN's total liability for direct damages is capped at the amount you paid APN in the previous twelve months, currently zero for free accounts, or USD 100, whichever is greater. Liability that cannot be excluded under local consumer law is not affected.

15#Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the competent courts of Istanbul unless your local consumer law guarantees a different forum.
