Terms of Use
What APN provides, what you agree to when you use it, and the limits on both sides. Using APN means accepting these terms.
1#Definitions
These words have specific meanings everywhere they appear in this document.

| Content | Patch notes, news, events, guides, videos, summaries, and other entries APN organizes and links to. |
| Source | The original publisher of a piece of content (developer, publisher, press outlet, creator). |
| You | The person reading this page and using APN. |
2#Acceptance
Using APN means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use APN.
3#Eligibility
You need to be at least 13 to use APN. Some jurisdictions set that bar at 16 for online services without parental approval. By signing up you confirm you meet whichever threshold applies to you.
4#The APN service
APN organizes public game-update information (patch notes, news, guides, events, videos) across a feed, game hubs, source hubs, and search. Coverage and features change as APN moves from preview to public launch.
5#Accounts
You are responsible for your sign-in credentials. Do not share them. Tell APN if you think someone else has access. APN can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put users or sources at risk.
6#Acceptable use
While using APN, do not:
- Scrape or copy APN content at scale outside the public RSS or XML sitemap.
- Try to bypass authentication, RLS, or HMAC-protected endpoints.
- Use APN to harass, defame, or impersonate other users, developers, or sources.
- Send corrections, source reports, or feedback in bad faith.
- Interfere with normal operation, including denial-of-service attempts and abusive automation.
7#Intellectual property
The All Patch Notes name, the APN mark, the logo, and the editorial structure of the site belong to All Patch Notes. Source content (patch notes, announcements, news, videos) belongs to its publishers. APN organizes and links to that content under fair use, fair dealing, or the local equivalent, with attribution and a link to the original.
8#Anything you send us
Source submissions, corrections, and feedback you send to APN come with a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license so APN can review and act on them. You keep ownership. APN only needs the right to use what you sent for the purpose you sent it for.
9#Third-party links and embeds
APN links to and embeds third-party content (official posts, YouTube videos, articles). APN does not run those services and is not responsible for them.
10#Copyright and DMCA
If you believe content on APN infringes your copyright, email contact@allpatchnotes.com with subject "DMCA notice". Include a description of the work, the URL on APN, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the use is not authorized. APN responds to valid notices under the U.S. DMCA process and equivalent national procedures.
11#Modifications
APN can change the service, including these terms, at any time. Material changes get posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use APN after a change means you accept the new version.
12#Termination
You can stop using APN and request account deletion at any time. APN can suspend or terminate access for terms violations or where required by law.
13#Disclaimers
APN is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, APN disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. APN does not guarantee that coverage is complete, that updates are real-time, or that the service is uninterrupted.
14#Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, APN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from your use of the service. Total liability for direct damages is capped at the amount you paid APN in the previous twelve months (currently zero for free accounts) or USD 100, whichever is greater. Liability that cannot be excluded under your local consumer law is not affected.
15#Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes go to the competent courts of Istanbul, unless your local consumer law guarantees a different forum, in which case the law of your jurisdiction controls.
