Fixed an issue that could prevent the story from progressing during the An Air of Mystery story step of "What Lies Beneath" due to dialogue timing and interruptions from other dialogue. Subsequent steps will appear independently of whether story dialogue can complete, and story dialogue will also always take priority over other dialogue in the map.
