The 2024-07-16 update includes gameplay enhancements and bug fixes.

  • Fixed: Away-from-keyboard timer now returns inactive players to character select after 5 minutes if they enter combat in open-world maps.
  • Fixed: Removed rocks blocking access to mursaat tokens in Ember Bay.
  • Updated: Daily automated tournaments reduced from 8 to 4; new weekly and monthly tournaments added.
  • New: Corrupted Hero weapon set added to WvW.
  • Fixed: Issues preventing new players from accessing WvW resolved.
  • Updated: WvW scoring changes, siege adjustments, and quality-of-life improvements.
