- Fixed: Golden Combat Shotgun not unlocking after completing all Super Gore Nest Master Level challenges.
- Fixed: Progression blocks after using the Yellow Key, missing Spectre demon spawn, and extended fodder zombie waves in Star Mall.
- Fixed: Duplicate doors after dying and reloading checkpoints, and Ultra Nightmare save deletion on PC.
- Fixed: Progression blockers when rushing into the hospital encounter and during the final exterior totem arena fight.
- Fixed: A crash at the end of the Slayer tutorial in The Ancient Gods – Part One standalone.
- Fixed: Bold UI text and loading screens stuck at 99%.
