Souls Offering project arrives, Heavy Shield charge increases, and Flame Spray damage increases.

• Souls Offering: Adds a new player project.
• Heavy Shield: Base charge increases from 80 to 90.
• Flame Spray: Damage increases from 10/s to 13/s, and durability drain decreases by 50%.
• Firefly Burner: Thrown burner activates on impact, travels leaving fire, then explodes after about 3 seconds.
• Adrenaline Shot: Usable at max stamina. Effects no longer stack, another shot refreshes the duration.
• Expedition Vault: Will be disabled, with Bronze Statuettes compensation for purchased slots and contents moved to the stash.
