The 2020-12-18 patch for Tropico 6 adds a Christmas seasonal event and fixes bugs.
What changed
New: Christmas seasonal event with limited-time snow, decorations like Snowman and Christmas Present, and new customization options for El Prez and La Presidenta.
Fixed: Multiplayer progression when in debt, Warehouse building accessibility in sandbox saves, various crashes, localization issues, and DLC content not showing if unpurchased.
Fixed: Llama of Wallstreet DLC bugs including negative knowledge points on Linux/Mac, misleading economic event descriptions, edict placement, and non-DLC save loading issues.

Multiplayer: players are now able to continue a match even when too deep in debt.
'Warehouse' building is now accessible in previous sandbox save games.
