Added info button to Master Tier Prize panel

Fixed issue with Practice Mode where the Copy Raid feature with HP Enemy Bonuses wouldn't copy correctly
Fixed issue with headers on crafting panel
Fixed issue where raid cards would not be correctly indicated as usable when a Clan Raid is completed
Fixed various game crashes
Fixed various minor visual issues
Fixed minor localization issues
