The Delta Force security team is committed to maintaining a fair gaming experience, and will impose appropriate restrictions on those found to be cheating or in breach of our terms of service.
Recently, our security team discovered that a large number of players have been maliciously manipulating the matchmaking mechanism to move supplies between game matches. These illegal RMT transactions primarily involved moving supplies through queue sniping, severely undermining the fairness of the in-game environment. In response to this behavior, the security team will fully recover all Tekniq Alloys gained through such transactions.
As developers, we understand the importance of ensuring a safe and fun environment for our players. As such, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any violation of game rules. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of plugins, illegal software, misconduct, or malicious exploitation of loopholes or bugs. Once such behavior is discovered, we will immediately launch an investigation and take appropriate action. This includes, but is not limited to, permanent account bans and IP ban notifications both in and out of game.
We ask all Operators to take note that we will continue to take action against all violations of game rules. We call upon all Operators to abide by the rules of the game and work together to maintain a fair gaming environment.
