New Heroes & Revamped Heroes
1. New Hero – [Black Dragon] Yu Zhong will be available from June 19 (Server Time). Diamond 599, Battle Point 32000, Launch week 30% Diamonds OFF.
Note: When the new hero is available on the Official Server, the free trial on the Advanced Server will end and the new hero will be available for sale.
Hero Feature: A powerful fighter who can transform into a Black Dragon and sweep across the battlefield.
Skill 1: [Dragon Tail] – Yu Zhong infuses his power into his cloak and turns it into a weapon, which starts to attack nearby enemies after a short delay. The sharpened edge deals more damage.
Skill 2: [Soul Grip] – Yu Zhong unleashes the Dragon Soul, dealing damage to all enemies in front and slowing them. Upon a target hit, Yu Zhong’s next Basic Attack will be enhanced, dealing increased damage and applying extra Sha Residue. The increased damage scales with the number of targets hit, capped at 5 targets hit.
Skill 3: [Furious Dive] – Yu Zhong leaps towards the designated area with his full strength, dealing Physical Damage. He is able to dash one more time in the movement direction. After a short delay, enemies within the area of effect will be knocked airborne take additional Physical Damage.
Ultimate: [Black Dragon Form] – Yu Zhong transforms into the Black Dragon form and starts charging. He gains Control Immunity, ignores obstacles, and increases Max HP, dealing Physical Damage to enemy heroes on the path and knocking them back. Upon exiting the Black Dragon form, Yu Zhong deals the same amount of damage to enemies nearby, and enters Dragonoid form with the help of the remaining influence of the Black Dragon. The Dragonoid form improves the range of all his skills.
Passive: [Cursing Touch] – Yu Zhong applies Sha Residue to the target every time he deals damage to enemy heroes, and gathers Sha Essence in the meantime. Sha Residue erupts upon reaching full stacks, consuming 1 stack every several seconds. Each stack consumption deals part of the target’s HP lost as Physical Damage, restores part of his HP lost and gathers Sha Essence for Yu Zhong. When Sha Essence is fully charged, Yu Zhong gains Movement Speed and Spell Vamp.

Hero Adjustments
[Gatotkaca]
Steel Bones – Reduced the Basic Attack damage provided by Rage. Greatly increased the Basic Attack damage provided by Magic Attack.
[Hilda]
Art of Hunting – The base damage of each attack is increased by 15 at all levels.
[Luo Yi]
Duality – The base damage of Yin-Yang Reaction reduced from 480 to 450. Damage growth reduced from 16 to 15. Magic Bonus reduced from 160% to 150%.
[Pharsa]
Energy Impact – Base damage increased from 425-600 to 425-650.
[Hanzo]
Kinjutsu: Pinnacle Ninja – Extra Movement Speed for Demon Pneuma reduced from 50% to 35%.
[Khaleed]
Sand Walk – The enhanced Basic Attack slows the enemy by 30% now. The recover speed of Desert Power slightly reduced. The damage of the enhanced Basic Attack increased from 120 (+120%Total Physical Attack) to 200 (+180%Total Physical Attack). (Cannot be a critical attack.)
Desert Tornado – The damage of the first attack increased from 150-400 (+80%Total Physical Attack) to 300-550 (+120%Total Physical Attack). Damage increase on the next cast reduced from 50% to 30%.
Quicksand Guard – HP Restoration increased from 70-95 (+5-7.5% HP lost) to 150-250 (+7-12% HP lost). Damage Reduction increased from 75% to 80%.
Raging Sandstorm – This skill slows the enemy by 30% now. Smash Damage upon reaching the destination increased from 200-400 to 500-800.
[Yu Zhong]
Black Dragon Form – Physical Attack Bonus reduced from 100% to 90%. Sha Essence restoration reduced.
[Yi Sun-shin]
Traceless – Base damage increased from 100-200 to 150-300.
[Revamped Zilong]
Spear Strike – Zilong dashes to a designated target now instead of dashing in a designated direction. The cooldown of this skill is reset when Zilong eliminates a target. The damage and the cooldown are adjusted accordingly.
Dragon Flurry – The damage of the enhanced Basic Attack reduced from 165% to 150%. HP Restoration reduced from 55% of Physical Attack to 50%.
[Revamped Eudora]
Thunder’s Wrath – Eudora summons a great lightning storm, dealing Magic Damage to the target. If the target is affected by Superconductor, dark clouds will be formed over the target’s head. After a short delay, lightning strikes down from the clouds, dealing Magic Damage to enemies in the area of effect. Meanwhile, the lightning charges will spread on the ground toward nearby enemies, dealing Magic Damage.
[Revamped Layla]
Malefic Bomb – Upon hitting an enemy, her Basic Attack range is increased by 1 yard instead of being increased to the maximum range. (The range isn’t increased when the skill reaches Max Level.)
Void Projectile – Slow effect on the enemy with a Magic Mark increased from 30% to 40%. The duration increased from 0.8 to 1.2s.
Destruction Rush – Optimized the auto-aim logic.
[Revamped Alucard]
Optimized the animation and the hero control.

1.The extra Gold or Exp from creeps shared by multiple teammates is largely reduced.

1. The chase range of Statued Shocker, Statued Chaser and Core Guard is reduced.
Equipment
1. The craft prices of [Blade of the Heptaseas] and [Hunter Strike] are increased. Total prices stay the same.
2. Roaming Equipments
Devotion – The duration of not sharing Gold or Exp with teammates adjusted from the first 12 minutes to the first 9 minutes.
Thriving – When your Gold ranks lowest in your team, your Gold gain every 4s is reduced to 12. When your Exp ranks lowest in your team, your Exp gain every 4s is reduced to 25.
Emblems
1. Custom Assassin Emblem: Bounty Hunter – Extra Gold gained from slaying enemy heroes reduced from 40% to 30%.
Spells
1. Vengeance – Damage Reduction reduced from 45% to 35%.
2. Purify – Cooldown increased from 75 to 90s.
New Events & Features
1. [Ranked Mode]
a. S16 Settlement on the Advanced Server: 2020-06-12 23:59:59 (Server Time)
b. Players have reached Master or above will receive skin reward: Eudora “Countess Scarlet”.
2. Display your Main Heroes
a. In the Draft Pick lobby, you can choose and display your main heroes so that you can form a perfect lineup with your teammates.
b. Your main heroes are also displayed on the ban-pick screen so that the whole team can adjust the lineup together.
3. [Survival Mode]
It has already been 2 years since the Survival Mode was released as our first regular Arcade Mode. Currently, we’re planning to add more new contents to this mode. That is to say, there will be a significant update in the future.
Therefore, there is going to be the first season settlement of the Survival Mode along with the S16 Settlement. You will receive the reward according to your division in the Survival Mode. Meanwhile, your division will be reset. After the settlement, the Survival Mode will be unavailable for a period of time for upgrades and optimizations. The new Survival Mode will be back as soon as the upgrade is complete. Stay tuned. Let’s join in the Magic Chess during this period!
System Adjustments
1. Added new functions regarding account safety.
To ensure the account safety of our players, two new functions are added in this update: Secondary Verification and Secondary Password. The new functions will be available for test on all servers recently. If you have any suggestions on the new functions, please feel free to contact us via Customer Service.
a. Secondary Verification: Once your Moonton account is connected to your email, you can enable the secondary verification. Upon doing so, a verification code will be sent to you via email when a login process of your account is initiated on a new device. You must enter the correct verification code to log in.
b. Secondary Password: Tap your avatar – “Account” and turn on this function. When it is enabled, a Secondary Password verification will be needed for actions such as gifting heroes, skins or items, or connecting accounts to your game progress. Until the game is restarted, you don’t need to do the verification for the second time.
2. Smart Commands with voice are added in the battlefield.
a. Send ultimate availability.
b. Send spell availability.
c. Send gold condition.
d. Send turret condition.
e. Call for taking Turtle/Lord.
3. You can choose turn on or off the battlefield Quick Chat voice in the Settings.
4. Added the Quick Chat function in the lobby.
5. Optimized the calculation of the Trending Points in the MCL Live Streams.
6. The personalized information display function is added now. You can display your main roles, your online time preference, your occupation, your hobby labels and your location. It will help you make more friends. You can choose whether or not to share your location in the Settings.
7. Fixed the issue where the friend invitation cannot be received when the mode versions of the two players are different.
