Hero Adjustments
[Cecilion]
Bat Impact: The path/destination damage reduced by 10/15 at all levels. The Mana Bonus increased from 3.6%/6% to 4.8%/8%. Improved the experience of the movement speed boost after casting this skill.
Bats Feast: The number of bats increased from 10 to 40. The slowdown debuff adjusted to 3% per time, lasting for 1s and up to 30%. The total damage stays unchanged.
Optimized the skill animation of Cecilion’s Ultimate.
[Carmilla]
Optimized the visual effect of skill 1 and changed its name to [Crimson Flower]
Crimson Flower: Damage reduced by 20 at all levels.
Improved the sound effect of her.
[Ling]
Finch Poise: CD increased from 8s-7s to 11s-9s.
[Baxia]
Tortoise’s Puissance: Basic Damage decreased from 60-90 to 50-70. CD increased by 10s at all levels.

Wild Power: Movement Speed decreased by 5% at all levels. HP Consume increased by 0. 2% at all levels.
Thunderclap: The duration of the slowdown debuff increased from 0.5s to 1s. Damage Reduction decreased by 10% at all levels.

Crossbow of Tang: Now this skill can trigger all kinds of attack effects correctly. The Physical Attack Bonus decreased by 5% at all levels.

Ashura’s Wrath: Attack Speed Boost of each cast increased from 25% to 30%.
[Estes]
Moonlight Immersion: The Basic Healing of the immediate heal decreased by 50 at all levels. Magic Attack Bonus increased from 30% to 70%.
[Lolita]
Basic HP reduced by 100. HP Growth decreased from 228 to 190.
Guardian’s Bulwark: The Basic Damage of Energy Blast reduced by 100 at all levels. The Damage Increase of each block increased from 20% to 50%.

The Physical Attack Bonus of Basic Attack decreased by 12%.

Burst Strike: Decreased the damage of the consecutive strikes.

Fist Crack: Basic Damage adjusted from 120/150/180 to 100/140/180. CD decreased from 34s to 30s at all levels.

1. Starlight Leaderboard
A. Each month, the Top 99 Players on the Starlight Leaderboard will get a special badge displayed on the Starlight Skin of the corresponding month.
B. Each week, the Top 99 Players on the Starlight Leaderboard will get Starlight Leaderboard Title.
System Adjustments
1. Now the patch notes of CHESS-TD and MAGIC CHESS will be displayed on the main screen of the corresponding mode.
