Patch 3.2.3 fixes an issue where using a Splinter of a Prime Evil before completing the Seasonal questline prevented completing it and accessing Prime Evil Powers. Additional fixes resolve issues picking up Baal's loot near Tyrael, Horadric Cube affix re-rolls, Sandstone Golem and Countess encounter progression, and Necromancer quest drops.
