Update 35.0 (2023-08-28) introduces the Curse mechanic with new weapons, mutations, and mobs.

  • New: Misericorde, Anathema, Indulgence, Cursed Flask, Damned Vigor, Demonic Strength, Sore Loser, Curser, Doom Bringer, and 40 new heads.
  • New Legendary Affixes for 17 items.
  • Level design: lore rooms and exits in Graveyard, Corrupted Prison, Ossuary, and Dracula's Castle.
  • Graphics and UI: new control icon sets, improved boss arrow, text background options.
  • Quality of life: input options, controller deadzone, auto-hit rework, camera tweaks, minimap button.
  • Bug fixes: over 40 fixes including Emergency Door, Scythe Claw, Wings of Crow, and more.
