The Division 2: Warlords of New York, Season 2 – Keener's Legacy continues with the second seven day stretch of the Termite League and the presentation of the Hollywood Global Event. Termite League difficulties were reset on July 7 and more positions can be earned for the current week so as to open the different prizes; including an Exotic Cache and the selective Syringe rucksack trophy. The Hollywood Global Event started on July 7, bringing another aptitude centered occasion to The Division 2. Foes will be secured by a shield that lessens harm from average weapons yet detonates to bargain critical harm when devastated with blasts, EMPs, or Specialization weapons. - A fix for infinite RPGs in the Iron Horse Raid was deployed during a maintenance on Thursday, July 9.
- We are still investigating solutions for the Iron Horse Leaderboards not showing correct information across all platforms.
- The State of the Game livestream will be going on summer break until August 5th.
- The monthly schedule of Global Events will be returning to The Division 1 on July 13, starting with Strike.
This week’s State of the Game was filled to the brim with information regarding improvements you can expect to see in Title Update 10.1, coming on July 21. Some highlights:
Loadout Swapping & Revive Hive
- Changing behavior so that Agents can swap loadouts even if skills are on cooldown.
- Reducing Revive Hive charges and cooldown time to shorten the wait time before the skill can be changed.
- Revive Hive will have 1 charge at Skill Tier 0 and receives +1 charge per Skill Tier.
Foundry Bulwark & Shields
- The Foundry Bulwark 3-Piece bonus armor regen will be reduced but increases overall shield health by the equivalent of 1 Skill Tier.
- The Forge named holster will be buffed to be the equivalent of 1 Skill Tier of bonus shield health.
PVP
- Increasing Assault Rifle damage to better solidify AR power at its optimal range.
- Firestarter Chem Launcher initial explosion damage will be significantly reduced.
- Firestarter Sticky Bomb Launcher damage will be reduced.
- All deployable skills will take increased damage from enemy players.
Hive Skill
- Booster Hive behavior changing to no longer increase weapon damage, instead it will provide hazard protection – 20% at Skill Tier 0 and 60% at Skill Tier 6 (applies to PVE as well).
- All Hives’ drones will gain increased movement and travel speed with increasing Skill Tiers.
Loot
- Loot roll minimums will be increased in TU10.1.
- Higher chances for maximum rolled loot.
- Improving average loot drop quality.
- ‘Rainbow Rolls’ on loot are being investigated but will not make it in time for TU10.1
- More core improvements to rolls coming in TU11.
Caches
- Field Proficiency and Dark Zone Caches improved to be on par with Heroic difficulty.
- Clan Caches improved to be on par with Legendary difficulty.
Exotics
- Missions will be more likely to drop Targeted Loot/Mission specific Exotics instead of getting Exotics you are not farming for.
TU10.1 is an interim patch between the more substantial TU10 and TU11, the latter of which will be coming later in the year. Full patch notes will be available on our forums as we get closer to the release on July 21. TU10.1 will also implement the missing audio for various pieces of Season 2 content. Additional details for this are available on our forums. OPERATION IRON HORSE The level 30 version of Operation Iron Horse is now available, Agents. Squad up and take down Morozova and the True Sons’ War Engine at the foundry. Raid exclusive gear like The Ravenous and Regulus Exotics and Foundry Bulwark and Future Initiative chest and backpack pieces are available to those at level 30. Audio & Subtitles

- Sealed Caches
- Increased power of items from Field Proficiency and Dark Zone caches to be on par with Heroic tier loot (up from Challenge)
- Increased power of items from Clan caches to be on par with Legendary tier loot (up from Heroic)
- Increase of item power of Legendary tier loot also affects all season caches
- Moved general pool Exotics from mission final boss loot to mission completion rewards
- This means that an Exotic that drops as loot from a final boss in a mission will either be the Exotic specific to the mission (e.g. The Bighorn in Legendary missions) or an Exotic from the current targeted loot pool, but not a random different Exotic. These extra random Exotics can still be awarded with the same frequency but are acquired as an Exotic Cache from the mission completion rewards instead.

- Reinforcer now gains +1 ammo at skill tier 4

- Shock Trap base cooldown increased from 50s to 60s

- Deployed player skills now take 4x more damage from hostile players
- Fixed a delay between the EMP Sticky Bomb exploding and the start of the cooldown.
- Fixed a delay between the Firefly skill being destroyed and the start of the cooldown
- Fixed the Blinder Firefly failing to blind enemies.
- Fixed the Blinder Firefly cooldown starting before the effect ends if the player has not selected the maximum number of targets.
- Fixed the Demolisher Firefly not working on Support Stations in Legendary difficulty.
- Fixed inconsistent health at different skill tiers for the Striker Drone.
- Fixed Special Field Research not granting Apparel Cache rewards.
- Fixed a PC/Stadia issue causing players to be sent to the Inspect menu when attempting to buy weapon skins with a control.
- Fixed an issue causing Keener’s defender drone to become invulnerable when affected by a jammer pulse.
- Fixed the “Eliminate Guardians with another Guardian’s explosion” challenges not completing in the Guardian Global Event.
- Fixed an issue where only one of Lieutenant Gray bodyguards would deploy their shields in Operation Iron Horse.
- Fixed an issue where players could spawn inside spawn closets in Operation Iron Horse.
- Fixed multiple instances of robotic NPC voices encountered in missions.

- Fixed a UI only issue on the Trauma Specialist talent where it states “REQUIRED” but gives no further context.
- Fixed missing League Timer on Stadia.
- Fixed missing leaderboards in the Base of Operations and Haven.
- Fixed FPS drop when opening multiple leaderboards.
- Fixed duplicate clan mates in the Top Clan leaderboards.
- Fixed the inability to remove facial hair at the Barber.
- Fixed incorrect texts being displayed for the Crafting Material Cache in season reward previews
- Fixed incorrect GearScore ranges being displayed in the World Tier crafting bench upgrade blueprints
