Controller Support Improvements and Fixes
- You can now manage your party and teleport to party members through the Escape Menu in Controller input mode.

- Item hover descriptions for items stored in the Gem or Flask Stash Tabs are now displayed to the left of the stash window when selected in Controller input mode.
- Added Controller navigation to the "Create Party" and "Public Parties" sections of the Social Screen.

- Added a "Party Invites" section to the Escape Menu in Controller input mode.
- Added keybinds for opening and editing the selected gateway on the login screen in Controller input mode.

General Improvements and Bug Fixes
- Scouting Reports are now able to stack up to 5000 in the Currency Stash Tab.
- Added stat descriptions for Sextant modifiers that were missing them and improved some other Sextant stat descriptions.
- Improved the performance of the Celestial Frost Bomb Effect microtransaction.
- Fixed a bug where Arakaali's mortar Skill would explode immediately after being fired.
- Fixed a bug where killing an Elder Guardian in a Map would cause you to be unable to spawn a Metamorph Vial in that Map after leaving the Elder Guardian's Arena.
- Fixed a bug where Rogue Exiles were unable to naturally spawn in the Relic Chambers Map.
- Fixed a bug where the chance for Slain Monsters to drop an additional Scroll of Wisdom modifier on the Perandus Signet Unique Ring only affected Rare Monsters.
- Fixed a bug where the Ritual reroll rewards button could still display a Tribute cost when rewards are able to be rerolled at no cost.
- Fixed a bug where Flask modifiers that provide increased effect and reduced duration had their tier numbers inverted.
- Fixed a bug where damage conversion explicit modifiers could not be unveiled on Gloves if they already had a damage conversion implicit modifier.
- Fixed a bug that caused the Reckless Ambition Divination Card not to drop from The Eradicator when they appeared as an ally or in Maven's Invitation: The Twisted.
- Fixed a bug where you were unable to purchase Expedition Artifacts from Dannig if your inventory was full.
- Fixed a bug where Fractured and Synthesised items were not greyed out in your inventory when selling them to a vendor, or when filtered out in your stash.
- Fixed a bug where Influence was not transferred to The Goddess Scorned when completing the vendor recipe for this unique item.
- Fixed a few wonky interactions with the Verdant Weapon Skin microtransaction and some Weapon Effect microtransactions.
- Fixed a bug where the visuals of the Wrangler Frostblink Effect microtransaction did not scale with changes to area of effect.

3.17.3 Patch Notes
Controller Support Beta
- This patch adds the Beta for Controller Support to Path of Exile.
To access this feature, connect a game controller to your PC, launch Path of Exile and go to the Input Options panel. Change the Input Method option to "Controller (Beta)". It should take effect without you having to relaunch Path of Exile. Some controllers may require additional third-party software.
Fixes and Improvements
- Using the Highlight Key when hovering dropped items now displays minimum and maximum defensive values again.
- The overkill explosion from the Punishment Curse no longer occurs if the curse is owned by the defender or one of their allies.
- Fixed the arena mechanic in The Infinite Hunger boss fight so it now stops once the boss is killed.
- Fixed a problem with Scourge Arrow where projectiles that were forked or split were not placing pods.
- Fixed the Increased Minion Cast Speed quality modifier on Bone Offering so it can now apply to the player when having Mistress of Sacrifice allocated.
- Fixed the Tempest Shield quality description as it incorrectly said the Chance to Shock was granted by the buff when it's only local to the skill.
- Fixed a bug with the Heist NPCs in Grand Heists displaying wrong values in their buff descriptions.
- Fixed a bug with applying Footprint Microtransactions where they did not show until changing area.
- Fixed a bug where Shrines could fail to spawn with a pack of monsters.
- Fixed a bug where the 'Show All' option on the Character Selection screen was not saving.
- Fixed the PvP damage scaling not working correctly for Tornado and Molten Shell.
- Fixed various dialogue audio problems.

3.17.2 Patch Notes
This patch contains various improvements and bug fixes of both small- and medium-importance.
Improvements
- The Corrosive Hunger debuff in The Infinite Hunger boss fight now provides -1% Physical Damage Reduction and -1% Chance to Evade per stack (previously -400 to Armour and Evasion Rating per stack).
- Corrosive Hunger stacks are now lost when The Infinite Hunger drowns you and teleports you away.
- Oil that has been set alight is now treated as Burning Ground, and applies a Burning Ground debuff, rather than Burning Oil.
- The Incendiary Archnemesis modifier now gives the monster less duration of Ignites on self, rather than reduced duration of Ignites on self. This change is to primarily address an issue where characters with the Blackflame Unique Ring equipped were unable to Ignite monsters with this Archnemesis modifier.
- The number of Prefix and Suffix modifiers on an item is no longer preserved when rerolling modifiers using an Eldritch Chaos Orb.
- Added a new '/atlaspassives' chat command that details the sources of your Atlas Passive Points, and those you may still be missing from quests.
- Added a notification for when you have received a Map crafting option.
- The Fragment Stash Tab can now hold Eldritch and Maven Invitations.
- Items contained in the Gem and Flask Stash Tabs are now listed alphabetically within categories.
- The "Convert Maps" button on the Map Stash Tab is now only usable if you have at least 1 non-remove only Map Stash set to the current map series.
- Showing Advanced Mod Descriptions is not any option any more, it is now always on.
- Bows in Standard with one-handed local Added Fire, Cold, Lightning and Chaos Damage weapon prefix modifiers can now have a Divine Orb used on them to obtain the two-handed modifier values introduced in 3.17.0.
- The Vaal Omnitect and Atziri, Queen of the Vaal are now also untargetable whilst they are invulnerable, preventing Minions from prioritising them over other monsters.
- Further improved level generation of Blighted Maps so that they fail to open less often.
- Added a short cooldown to the triggered spells of Morgrants, the Deafening to prevent enormous numbers of Skill triggers against Player Minions.
- Aura Skills that have had their Reservation changed to a cost through Divine Blessing Support can now be supported by Arcane Surge.
- Trial of Ascendancy Portals now detail what kind of Offering they contain when you encounter them in Maps.
- Updated the description on Divine Blessing Support to state that it cannot support Stance Skills.
- The Invisible Buff Effect Microtransaction can now be applied to Plague Bearer, allowing you to hide its visual effects.
Bug Fixes
- Updated the Passive Name for the "12% increased Damage with Two Handed Weapons" Large Cluster Jewel from "Damage with Two Handed Melee Weapons" to "Damage with Two Handed Weapons", as the previous name was misleading.
- Fixed a bug where a totemified channelling skill with a cooldown did not apply the cooldown when you used the skill, such as Winter Orb Totems with the Black Zenith Unique Gloves.
- Fixed an issue where Drox, The Warlord's Glove Cascade was dealing more damage than intended in Maven's "The Elderslayers" Invitation.
- Fixed a bug with Kirac Missions where Shaper- and Elder-Influence was not applying correctly to Maps.
- Fixed a bug where the Lesser Searing Exarch Implicit modifier that grants 8% increased Attack Speed was not working correctly.
- Fixed a bug where the Elevated Sextant modifier that causes Areas to contain 2 Additional Essences and provides a chance for monsters imprisoned by Essence a chance to contain a Remnant of Corruption had 3 uses, instead of 15 uses.
- Fixed a bug where Eldritch Orbs of Annulment, Eldritch Chaos Orbs and Eldritch Exalted Orbs could be used on items that did not have empty Sockets.
- Fixed a bug where the Megalomaniac Unique Jewel could not generate the Aggressive Defence, Blood Artist or Phlebotomist Cluster Jewel Notables.
- Fixed a bug where the maximum Resistance modifiers introduced for Shields in 3.17.0 were unable to be changed to another type of Resistance through Harvest crafting options.
- Fixed a bug where crafting recipe unlock interactables were sometimes not present in the Caldera, Marshes, Promenade and Wasteland Maps
- Fixed an issue where you could sometimes be disconnected for performing too many actions if you had Berserk bound to left-click.

- Fixed a bug where the targeting behaviour of minions summoned by The Dancing Dervish was not working correctly with Predator Support.
- Fixed a bug with the Stormfire Unique Ring where the increased Burning Damage for each time you have Shocked a Non-Shocked Enemy Recently was not properly keeping track of your most recent Shocks.
- Fixed an issue where the "Monsters steal Power, Frenzy and Endurance charges on Hit" modifier description was sometimes not visible on Maps with the modifier.
- Fixed a bug where Whirling Blades would attempt to hit a target again if it evaded the attack.
- Fixed a bug where Unique Maps that were corrupted to Rare Maps could sometimes retain their Unique art.
- Fixed an issue where the "Prevent others from using your Map Portals" option did not apply to Map Portals in Karui Shores.
- Fixed an issue where Cremation could sometimes be invisible when supported by Spell Echo.
- Fixed a bug where The Eater of Worlds and The Searing Exarch icons could sometimes incorrectly display on items on the ground.
- Fixed a bug where the Extinguish debuff icon was displayed as a buff.
- Fixed a bug where temporary beam effects for item filters were not so temporary if they continued from a permanent beam.
- Fixed an unintended visual interaction between the Indomitable Aegis Aurora and Myrmidon Weapon Effect Microtransactions.
- Fixed an issue where the Stygian Plague Bearer Microtransactions would sometimes not fully apply to characters.

This patch contains a number of medium- and small-importance improvements and bug fixes for Archnemesis and Siege of the Atlas content.
Endgame Content Improvements and Fixes
- Socketing a Voidstone in your Atlas now causes Maps dropped in Areas to have a 25% chance to be one tier higher, with this chance increasing the more Voidstones you socket.
- Atlas Passives now affect Shaper Guardian and Vaal Temple Maps.
- The completion of Unique Maps no longer counts towards your highest-completed Map tier for Atlas and Kirac Missions.
- The Epidemiology Atlas Notable now also grants 25% increased effect of Modifiers on Blighted Maps.
- The Searing Exarch is now immune to damage during their Fires of a Thousand Suns phase.
- Increased the area of effect for The Eater of Worlds' Ultimate Slam skill.
- It is now possible to sell items to Kirac.
- Influenced Scouting Reports can now only be used if you have a red Kirac Mission available to you, as otherwise you would receive no benefit from them.
- Added stash tab search functionality for Searing Exarch and Eater of Worlds items.
- Updated the description of the Syncretism Atlas Passive to clarify it only applies to Shrines in Areas. Note that Atlas Passives that refer to Shrines do not apply to Lesser Shrines, Lesser Shrines are only affected by increased Effect of Shrines and Shrine Effect Duration from the Atlas Passive Tree.
- Updated various Atlas Passive descriptions to clarify they apply to Map Bosses.
- Fixed a bug where you were unable to turn in the "Death and Rebirth" and "Safe Passage" quests if you had progressed to The Karui Shores.
- Fixed a bug where minions could be affected by the Drowning debuff from The Eater of Worlds' Orb skill, causing the Drowning screen effect to be displayed for players when they didn't have the debuff.
- Fixed a bug causing The Black Star's beam skill to be invisible if you had left the area and returned.
- Fixed a bug where the user interface for The Searing Exarch and The Eater of Worlds Altars could re-appear after you had selected an option.
- Fixed a bug where Breachstone missions offered by Kirac were consuming the wrong kind of Atlas mission, resulting in areas not opening if you did not have an available mission of that kind.
- Fixed a bug where public mapping parties were not visible in the Karui Shores or your Hideout via the Noticeboard's Public Parties tab or Social menu. Note that it is normal behaviour that you will only be able to see public parties while they are in a map.
- Fixed a bug where the Fire, Cold, Lightning, Physical and Chaos Damage Leeched as Life Implicit Modifiers for The Eater of Worlds had incorrect values. The values on these modifiers now range from 0.2% to 1.1%.
- Fixed a bug where the website Atlas Skill Tree had 4 less points available to allocate than what could be obtained in game.
Archnemesis Improvements and Bug Fixes
- Added a drop-down list of discovered recipes in the Archnemesis Panel that displays modifiers that make up a specific recipe and whether or not the recipe can currently be completed. This drop-down can be used to filter your current collection of modifiers for those used in selected recipes.
- Archnemesis recipe highlighting is now active everywhere, rather than just during encounters.
- Updated the description of the Vampiric Archnemesis Modifier to state that the Monster cannot be Leeched from.
- Fixed a bug where modifiers used in a previous Archnemesis encounter within the same area could display as if they were able to be used again.
- Fixed a bug where the Archnemesis inventory did not update the highlighting of modifiers when their positions were swapped.
- Fixed a visual bug where the Mysterious Orbs challenge requirements stated Grand Eldritch Ember and Grand Eldritch Ichor, rather than Exceptional Eldritch Ember and Exceptional Eldritch Ichor.
- Fixed a bug where the Grasping Vines skill used by monsters with the Treant Horde Archnemesis modifier and Spriggans in Act 2 would disable travel skills.
Other Improvements and Bug Fixes
- The Manifest Dancing Dervishes skill, triggered by The Dancing Dervish Unique Item, now provides a chance to gain a Rampage kill when minions hit a Rare or Unique Enemy (previously only Unique enemies).
- Lilly Roth no longer reminds you that time and tide wait for no man when saying goodbye to her in a hideout.
- Fixed a bug preventing Shift+V from undoing Expedition explosive placements.
- Fixed a bug where Metamorph monsters could sometimes be unkillable.
- Fixed a bug where desecrating some monsters would cause their on-death effects to be cast.
- Fixed a bug where having an Aura supported by Eternal Blessing was not disabling Pride or Flesh and Stone.
- Fixed a bug where the Auras granted by the Death's Oath and Corona Solaris Unique Items could be supported by Divine Blessing. The description on Death's Oath has also been updated to clarify it triggers Death Aura, rather than granting it.
- Fixed a bug where you would not gain maximum Rage upon losing Temporal Chains from the Chains of Emancipation Unique Belt if you were Unaffected by the Temporal Chains Curse you lost.
- Fixed a bug with the AI of minions summoned by The Dancing Dervish that could cause them to quickly switch between targets multiple times.
- Fixed a bug where the Empower and Enhance support gems could affect unlinked skill gems.
- Fixed a bug where it was possible to snapshot Primal Aegis from the Bastion of Elements Ascendancy Passive Skill.
- Fixed a bug where Crusader prefix modifiers that granted increases to maximum Lightning Resistance could still be obtained on Shields and Quivers.
- Fixed a bug where the Veiled and Crafted Modifiers that cause Non-Aura Skills to cost no Mana or Life while Focused were disabled.
- Fixed a bug where added Fire, Cold and Lightning Damage Crafted Modifiers for Bows were using values for one-handed weapons instead of two-handed weapons.
- Fixed a bug where Helmet Enchantments that provided modifiers to Mark Duration could still be obtained.
- Fixed a bug where increased Trap and Mine Throwing Speed could be rolled twice on Belts. The Essence and Crafted modifiers are now part of the same modifier family.
- Fixed a visual bug where increased Action Speed granted by the Tailwind buff was displayed on the Gathering Winds Deadeye Ascendancy Passive Skill.
- Fixed a bug where hovering over an enemy whilst channelling a Skill would cause your character to stop turning.
- Fixed a bug where attempting to use a Flask with no charges, or when on full Life or Mana, would still play audio as if the Flask was used.
- Fixed a bug where the audio from using a Flask would play twice.
- Fixed a bug where some Helmet Microtransactions unexpectedly decapitated characters.
- Fixed a bug where the death audio of some monsters, such as Warbands or Grandmasters, would suppress other audio.
- Fixed a bug where character death audio was louder than intended.

- Fixed an instance where the A Call to Arms quest was not able to be completed.
- Fixed a bug where your first Maven Invitation for the 10 boss encounter was not guaranteed to drop after collecting 10 bosses. For players who missed this guaranteed drop, it can be obtained by completing any Tier 14+ Map while having 10 or more bosses collected.
- Fixed a bug where daily Atlas Missions were based off of the most-recently-completed Map tier, rather than the highest-completed Map tier.
- Fixed a bug where defeating The Eater of Worlds or The Searing Exarch could sometimes fail to unlock their respective Favoured Map Slot.
- Fixed a bug where retrieving a Voidstone from Kirac did not unlock Voidstone sockets on the Atlas.
- Fixed a bug where the Ivory Temple Map could not be obtained through using an Orb of Horizons, or through natural map drops.
- Fixed a bug where the Deadly Nightmares Atlas Passive Skill was not working correctly.
