August Rebalance Patch ● The last of the season will be the off season break to award the execellent players. Games played on the day does not affect Rankings. S21(R&D Battlefield) will be kicked off on Sep, 1st 0:00 (GMT+8) ● Hell of the Overlord: CD 5 sec instead of 10 sec. ● Hell of the Dominator: Mind Control valid on enemy whose level equals to or less than 3.(Instead of 2) ● Lina: CD 15/10/7.5 sec instead of 10/7.5/5 sec. ● Lycan: Lycan Wolf's damage 100/150/200 instead of 125/200/250 ● Neutral Creeps: Stones, Wolves, Hellbears, Vultures, Trolls, Black Dragon, Nian Beast all have 0 magical resistance instead of negative. ● Fix bug
