As previously announced, we would like to provide separate explanations regarding the G-COIN compensation plan and reimbursement plan for the console platform.
We have thoroughly reviewed the refund policy and G-COIN compensation plan. Detailed instructions on the procedures and policies will be provided to ensure you can apply accordingly.

Compensation/Reimbursement Application Period
- July 11, 2024 (Thur) 02:00 (UTC) ~ August 10, 2024 (Sat) 02:00 (UTC)
Eligible Players
- Players who purchased following "PUBG x NewJeans Loot Cache items" between the end of the update on June 20 (Thur) to June 26 (Wed) 15:00 (UTC).
Plan Option
Option 1. G-COIN Compensation Plan
- Players who purchased "PUBG x NewJeans Loot Cache items" between immediately after the update on June 20 (Thur) and June 26 (Wed) 15:00 (UTC), will receive 50% of the G-COIN spent on "PUBG x NewJeans Loot Cache items" during that period, without any items being reclaimed.
Option 2. Reimbursement Plan
- Starting immediately after the update on June 20 (Thur), until the time you apply for a reimbursement, all G-COIN purchases including "PUBG x NewJeans Loot Cache Items" will be reimbursed in G-COIN.
